A technically trained womenswear designer from Central Saint Martins, Georgia is renowned for her extreme attention to detail and mastery of technical fit. Her career in fashion began with a focus on bags and accessories, quickly progressing to leading design teams and managing up to 20 designers across all non-apparel categories for prestigious brands such as Reiss, French Connection, and Topshop. As well as taking on consulting work for luxury brands in 2017 EVARAE was launched.

Georgia has a distinctive ability to elevate design and product quality while maintaining strong margins. Her key skills include trend direction, design strategy, and range planning, with a proven track record of launching new categories for established brands. She has been headhunted on two occasions to spearhead rebranding projects, recruit talent, and establish in-house design departments that were previously outsourced to suppliers.
